All items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days through registered mail, unless stated otherwise in the description of the specific item. Items are shipped in a protected flat envelope, packaged in a sturdy box. I’ll notify you as soon as your order is shipped and inform you about the tracking code which you can use to track the package. I'm happy to offer free shipping services.

Delivery times will vary, according to the addressee’s destination.

Please allow 7-14 business days for European destinations and 7-20 business days for other destinations. These delivery times are estimated. I am not able to influence delays caused by customs of buyers' countries.

Please be informed that any taxes / duties / customs or similar fees imposed by the buyers' countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom and personalized orders
I am rarely available for custom and personalized orders. However, if there's a specific piece that was already sold and you'd love to have a similar one, feel free to let me know and I'll try to meet your expectations. Each handmade piece is unique so any order will be one of a kind work of art.

Due to the particular techniques I use, the products are more delicate than those that are made by usual industrial production. Please handle them with love and care.
